Delivery charges in Pakistan depend on the parcel and the address. This guide explains how delivery charges in Pakistan are worked out on Cheapest.pk, how long delivery takes and how to track your parcel.
How delivery charges in Pakistan work on Cheapest.pk
Courier companies in Pakistan charge by weight and distance, and Cheapest.pk follows the same idea: the heavier the parcel, the higher the delivery charge. You do not have to guess. On the product page, the Delivery row shows the estimated delivery days and the charge for your address. Press it to enter or change your address.
At checkout the delivery charge is shown again in the order summary, together with the subtotal and the total. Nothing is added after you place the order.
Free delivery offers
From time to time some products or orders have free delivery. When an offer is running, the product page and the cart tell you. We only say “free delivery” when it is true for the products you are buying.
How long will my parcel take?
The estimated days on the product page are for your address. Remote areas can take longer, and busy times such as Eid or sales can slow couriers down. The estimate is a guide, not a guarantee, because the courier delivers the final part.
What the order statuses mean

How to track your parcel
- Log in and open My account then Orders.
- Open your order. When the parcel is handed to the courier you see the courier name and the tracking number.
- Use the tracking number on the courier’s website or app, or press Track this order.
- You can also use the Track Order page with your order number.
When the courier arrives
- Keep your phone on. Couriers call before they deliver.
- Check the parcel while the courier is there. If the box is badly damaged, tell the courier and take a photo.
- Keep the packaging until you are sure the product is fine.

Why weight matters
Couriers charge more for heavier parcels, and a large light box can also count as heavy because of its size. That is why two products with the same price can have different delivery charges. You can lower the cost by ordering several light products together in one order, instead of in several small orders.
Writing an address the courier can find
- Choose the right province and city from the list.
- Write the house number, the street, the area and a landmark (a mosque, a school, a shop).
- Add a mobile number that is always on.
- If the address is in a village, add the nearest town.
An incomplete address is the number one reason for late or failed deliveries.
If the courier cannot reach you
Couriers usually try more than once and call before they come. If you miss the call, call the courier back with your tracking number, or write to us. If you know that you will be away, tell us in Messages so we can plan it with you.
Eid, sales and busy days
Around Eid, big sales and bad weather, couriers are busier and parcels can take longer. If your order is for a special day, order early.
