White-Label and Daraz Label Policy

1. How it works
A Partner may upload a shipping label from their own courier account (White-Label) or a Daraz AWB with the Daraz order document. We receive the order, check the label, check the products and quantities, pack the parcel, print and attach the exact label you uploaded, and hand the parcel to the courier or Daraz hub.
2. Partner responsibilities
- Upload a clear, complete, readable label that belongs to the correct order.
- Pay the courier directly for the label. We do not pay or advance courier charges.
- Make sure the label address and the order address match.
- Do not upload the same tracking number for two orders.
3. Our responsibilities
We will pack the order as described and hand it over using your label. We do not buy another courier label and we do not charge a delivery fee for these orders. A fulfillment fee may apply as shown at checkout.
4. Label problems
We may put an order on hold if the label is missing, unreadable, or does not match the order. We will ask for a new label and the order stays on hold until it is corrected.
5. Courier and marketplace risk
We are not responsible for courier delays, courier loss, failed deliveries, cash-on-delivery payouts, courier return charges, or any decision by Daraz or another marketplace. Those are between the Partner, the courier and the marketplace.
6. Prohibited shipments
Partners must not ship illegal, restricted or dangerous goods. We may refuse any parcel.
7. Marketplace rules
The Daraz workflow is manual. We do not connect to Daraz. The Partner is responsible for following Daraz seller policies.
