Warranty Policy

1. Product warranty

Unless a product page says otherwise, products are sold without a manufacturer or seller warranty beyond your rights under the Refund and Return Policy for faulty or wrongly supplied items.

2. Where a warranty applies

If a warranty is stated on the product page, it covers manufacturing defects for the period stated. It does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, repairs by others, or normal wear.

3. Claims

Open a support ticket with your order number, photos or video of the problem, and a description. We may ask you to send the item for inspection.
