1. What the wallet is
The wallet is a store-credit balance for approved Partners to pay for orders on cheapest.pk. It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
2. Adding funds
Send money to our Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account, then submit a top-up request with the transaction ID and a receipt. Your wallet is credited only after we verify that the money reached us. A screenshot alone never credits the wallet.
3. Using the wallet
Funds are used to pay for orders and fees. Every movement appears in your statement. We do not edit entries; mistakes are corrected by a visible reversal entry.
4. Refunds to the wallet
Cancelled orders and approved returns are credited to the wallet unless we agree another method. Fulfillment fees are not refunded after packing has started.
5. Adjustments
We may add or deduct amounts with a written reason shown in your statement, for example corrections, bonuses, or penalties for proven misuse.
6. Withdrawals
Wallet funds are for purchases. Withdrawals are not available unless we announce otherwise, and any withdrawal is subject to approval and verification.
7. Fraud and misuse
We may freeze a wallet and investigate if we suspect fraud, forged receipts or abuse. Funds obtained through fraud may be reversed.
8. Closed or suspended accounts
If an account is suspended or closed, the wallet is frozen while we review it. Any remaining valid balance will be dealt with under the law and our records.
