Seller / Dropshipper Partner Agreement

1. Who this agreement is for

This agreement applies to sellers and dropshippers ("Partners") who register on cheapest.pk. A Partner is a business or individual who buys from Cheapest.pk to resell, and who gives Cheapest.pk their own end-customer details for packing and handover.

2. Registration and approval

A registration fee is payable once. It is not refundable after your application is approved. Your account becomes active only after we verify the fee payment and approve your application. We may reject or suspend any Partner at our discretion, for example for false information, misuse, or breach of this agreement.

3. Prices and orders

Partner prices are private and must not be shared publicly. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified (from the Partner wallet or by a verified manual payment).

4. Fulfillment options

For each order the Partner chooses a fulfillment option. When the Partner uploads their own courier label or a Daraz AWB, we pack the parcel and hand it over to the courier or hub shown on that label. We do not buy a second label. The Partner is responsible for the label, the courier account, courier charges, cash-on-delivery collection and any return charges on that label.

5. Accuracy

The Partner must make sure the label, tracking number, address and order match. We are not liable for loss, delay or error caused by an incorrect or unreadable label.

6. Fees

Fulfillment fees shown at checkout (for example the Daraz order fulfillment fee) are charged per order. Once packing has started, the fee is not refundable.

7. Returns

Return requests are made through the website. Return delivery charges on the Partner's own label are borne by the Partner. Returned goods are inspected, and approved amounts are credited to the Partner wallet.

8. Third-party marketplaces

If the Partner sells on Daraz or any other marketplace, the Partner alone is responsible for complying with that marketplace's rules. We do not connect to any marketplace system.

9. Community conduct

The partner WhatsApp community is for business information. Spam, abuse, sharing private prices or misleading others may lead to removal and suspension.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a Partner account for breach of this agreement. Wallet balances are handled under the Wallet Terms.

11. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes follow the Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy; the courts of your city have jurisdiction.
